Four operational scenarios where a credible decoy moves the threat away from the real asset, preserving personnel and equipment.
Discuss a scenario →Deployed a few hundred metres from the real gun, an MDP·L·004 decoy silhouette draws FPV drones and loitering munitions. Activated with a thermal signature, it reproduces engine heat and muzzle flash. The real gun keeps its fire mission and can withdraw safely. Every munition spent on the decoy is a precision round lost by the enemy.
A carpet of 6 to 12 decoys saturates enemy ISR. The result is mechanical: the enemy spends precision munitions on targets with no tactical value, reveals its firing positions and burns intelligence resources telling the real from the false. A cost/effectiveness ratio few stockpiles can absorb over time.
A Green Stone module placed along a withdrawal route holds rations, communication batteries or light munitions. The tactical rock is indistinguishable from local geology to aerial EO reconnaissance: same shell, same tint, same size. It can also conceal a surveillance sensor or a radio relay.
A Cope Cage fitted on the weapon system visually transforms it: the recognisable tactical silhouette disappears, replaced by a civilian or ambiguous shape. In a kamikaze drone attack the cage absorbs part of the kinetic energy and redirects the charge. Polystyrene emits no electromagnetic interference: on-board communication and navigation keep working.
